Treatment process

1, new office

For the first time, you must submit your application in person to the exit-entry administration office where your account is located. 2. The labor service company will report relevant information (such as photos and copies of ID cards). ) Apply to the Exit and Entry Affairs Office of the Macao Public Security Bureau for examination and approval.

3. After the approval, the employer will report the information of the personnel going to Australia to the Macao Labor Affairs Bureau and apply for importing foreign workers.

4. The employer signs a contract with the labor service company with the approval documents and contracts, and the labor service company reports to the Foreign Economic Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in Beijing for approval to export to Australia.
