First of all, we will report the construction and environmental protection facilities as follows.

Our company's' concentrator technical transformation and expansion project' is located in the former cement plant area of Changjiang County, and the existing concentrator is technically transformed and expanded. On the basis of the original magnetic separation process, gravity separation process is added to improve the beneficiation rate of lean iron ore by centrifuge; Adding equivalent energy-saving cone crusher in the crushing system will further reduce the crushing granularity of lean iron ore and improve the utilization rate of lean iron ore; Tailings treatment is changed from sedimentation tank to tailings concentrated pressure filtration, and tailings are discharged in dry pile (the moisture content of the final payment is below 20%) for sale, which improves the utilization rate of resources and reduces the environmental burden; With the addition of 82 sets of equipment, the annual ore processing capacity of the concentrator has increased from 200,000 tons after technical transformation and expansion to 600,000 tons. In the construction of this project, we strive to adhere to the basic principles of "three simultaneities", "3R" and pollutant discharge up to standard, and realize the simultaneous design, construction and commissioning of environmental protection facilities and main projects, comprehensively utilize solid waste, realize waste reduction and recycling, and discharge all pollutants up to standard. In view of various environmental quality requirements, we take various measures to control pollution and realize clean production. The specific implementation work is as follows:

(1) During the operation of this project, the waste gas mainly comes from unorganized dust emission such as raw material stacking, transportation, crushing and finished iron concentrate yard. And after wet spray dust removal measures and bag dust removal measures, the emission is small. The monitoring results of TSP, an atmospheric environmental monitoring factor, by the monitoring station all meet the second-class standard of Atmospheric Environmental Quality Standard.

(2) The noise of this project is mainly mechanical noise, and the regional environmental noise conforms to the Day and Night Standard for Urban Regional Environmental Noise.

(3) The wastewater from the factory comes from two aspects. The first is the production wastewater produced during mineral processing. It mainly comes from wastewater such as grinding, high-intensity magnetic gravity separation, concentrate filtration, tailings concentration overflow water, tailings filter press filtrate and so on. After the main pollutants enter the circulating pool of the factory for clarification, they are pumped to the production section for recycling and are not discharged. The water volume of the circulating pool is about 28182t/d; Fresh make-up water is 200 t/d, and on the other hand, it is domestic sewage such as workshop toilets and washing. , the output is 1.92m3/d, and the annual wastewater quantity is 633.6m3/a. The main pollutants, such as pH, COD, BOD5, NH3-N, SS, etc. Fertilization after three-stage septic tank treatment.

(4) The solid waste of this project is mainly tailings, and its output is about 37.110000t/a. After the tailings are filtered by the filter, the overflow water flows to the circulating pool, and the pulp is pressed by the filter press. The final water content of tailings is about 16%, which can be directly loaded for export. The sales contract of this project was signed in Changjiang Huasheng Cement Plant, and the tailings can be 16. Domestic garbage should be cleaned up and transported to the local sanitation department for unified treatment. Therefore, the total control index of solid waste is 0.

Some low shrubs and tall dense-leaved trees with dense branches and leaves are planted according to local conditions, and they are coordinated with the greening of the surrounding environment, which can not only adsorb and filter dust particles, but also reduce noise and beautify the environment of the factory.

Once in addition to the daily environmental protection work, also undertake the emergency monitoring of sudden pollution accidents. In rainy season, when the rainfall is too large, other accidents will occur, such as waste water leakage, material leakage due to shutdown, slurry leakage, etc. In view of the above possible sudden pollution accidents, three emergency accident pools for seepage control treatment were established, with a total volume of 6,543,800 cubic meters.

We not only did a lot of environmental protection work in the construction site, but also established the corresponding environmental protection management system. The environmental protection work of our factory adheres to the policy of putting prevention first, combining prevention with control and comprehensive management; Adhere to the principles of clean production and pollution control in the whole production process; Implement the principle of pollutant discharge up to standard and total pollutant control; Set up a special environmental protection management department to be fully responsible for the management and testing of environmental protection work of enterprises, integrate environmental protection work into the whole process of daily production and business activities, improve the environmental situation of enterprises, reduce the pollution of enterprises to the surrounding environment, and coordinate the work of enterprises and government environmental protection departments.

Although we have tried our best to grasp production and never let go of safety and environmental protection work, there are still many shortcomings in actual work. Due to the specific high temperature climate of the Yangtze River, the newly sprinkled pavement dries quickly, and there is a small amount of secondary dust. In the future, we will strengthen environmental management during product transportation, prevent iron concentrate from scattering, strictly maintain production wastewater recovery facilities, ensure all wastewater is recycled, reasonably arrange maintenance, improve equipment utilization rate, improve the utilization efficiency of project resources and energy, and strengthen management in links with low cleanliness such as metal recovery rate, labor productivity and water consumption to improve efficiency.
