According to the Notice of the Office of Cixi Municipal Party Committee and the Office of the Municipal Government on Printing and Distributing the Joint Examination and Approval Measures for the Admission Qualification of Children of Floating Population in the Compulsory Education Stage of Cixi City (No.713), the conditions for students of Cixi Experimental Primary School to enter junior high school are as follows:

1. A valid certificate of marriage and childbearing of floating population issued by the family planning department at the place where the household registration is located and checked and stamped by the family planning offices of towns (streets) in Cixi City. The children enrolled in the school must comply with the family planning policy.

2, Cixi city family planning service guidance station or towns (streets) family planning service station issued the "Zhejiang Province floating population family planning contraceptive report" within ten days.

3. A certificate issued and sealed by Cixi Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or the town (street) labor security management service institution that currently pays the social basic old-age insurance or migrant workers' social insurance in Cixi according to law (continuous payment for one year or more, and continuous insurance until the date of annual inspection, overdue payment is invalid).

4. The labor contract signed with the employer in Cixi for one year or more.

5. Business license obtained at the current place of residence.
