Luohe Experimental High School was restructured from Luohe Normal School. The school was founded in 1953 and covers an area of ??113 acres, with a construction area of ??52,000 square meters and a green space of 6,600 square meters.

There are teaching buildings, science and education buildings, art buildings, libraries, auditoriums and other teaching buildings, as well as modern teaching facilities such as computer rooms, multimedia classrooms, language rooms and campus networks. The school currently has 242 faculty members, 54 teaching classes, and more than 4,000 students. It is one of the first batch of provincial-level high-quality demonstration high schools in Henan Province.
In more than 50 years of running a school, the school has adhered to the fine tradition of experimentation, established the school through experimentation, relied on experimentation to develop the school, and innovated in experimentation, gradually forming its own profound cultural heritage and excellent quality. Up to now, the number of teachers in the school has reached 100 with a first-level undergraduate degree.
