Those who apply for the evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers' positions must have corresponding teacher qualifications and meet the conditions stipulated in the Teachers Law and the Trial Regulations. They should also meet the following conditions: (1) Ideological and political conditions. Primary and secondary school teachers must meet the ideological and political conditions stipulated in Article 8 of the Trial Regulations. In line with the relevant provisions of the Code of Professional Ethics for Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Code of Professional Ethics for Teachers in Sichuan Province, he has a correct political stance, a scientific concept of educating people, a rigorous attitude towards learning, a good cultivation of teachers' morality, and is law-abiding. Since taking office, his annual assessment must be "qualified" (competent) or above. (two) the number of years of service for primary and secondary school teachers to be promoted to the post of teacher should reach the number of years of service stipulated in the Trial Regulations. If the number of years of service is not enough, it shall be recommended and reviewed according to the conditions of abnormality. (3) Academic qualifications Primary and secondary school teachers must have the corresponding academic qualifications stipulated in the Teachers Law to be promoted to the post of teacher. That is, high school teachers should have a bachelor's degree or above; Junior high school teachers should have a college degree or above; Primary school teachers should have graduated from secondary normal schools or above, among which primary school teachers should have graduated from junior college or above when they are promoted to senior middle school teachers. (IV) Requirements for Computer Application Ability Examination of Professional Titles 1. According to the Notice of the Provincial Vocational Reform Office on Relevant Issues Concerning the Examination of Computer Application Ability of Professional and Technical Personnel (No.9 [2] of Sichuan Vocational Reform Office), those who apply for the evaluation of teachers' professional qualifications (except those who are exempted from the examination and temporarily do not take the computer application ability examination of professional titles) should take the examination of the corresponding level of computer application ability of professional and technical personnel organized by the whole country and the whole province, and obtain a certificate of conformity. That is to say, the promotion of senior middle school teachers should obtain the B-level certificate of computer application ability, and the promotion of senior middle school teachers and primary school teachers should obtain the C-level certificate of computer application ability. 2. According to the Supplementary Notice of the Provincial Leading Group for Vocational Reform on the Corresponding Problems of the Examination Grade of Professional and Technical Personnel's Computer Application Ability and Applicable Personnel (Sichuan Vocational Reform [2] No.1), teachers of primary and secondary schools in "Sanzhou" and inland counties (county-level cities, districts) (excluding minority counties) should obtain a C-level certificate of computer application ability; To be promoted to the position of a first-class teacher in middle school and a senior teacher in primary school, you should obtain a D-level certificate of computer application ability with professional titles. 3. Those who meet one of the following conditions can be exempted from the corresponding grade examination of computer titles: (1) Computer master graduates are exempted from the A-level examination of computer titles. Undergraduate graduates majoring in computer science are exempted from the title computer B-level examination; Computer professional college graduates are exempted from the title computer C-level examination; (2) Participate in the national computer software qualification (level) examination, and pass the senior programmer level examination, and be exempted from the title computer A level examination; If you pass the programmer-level exam, you will be exempted from the title computer B-level exam; If you pass the primary programmer level exam, you will be exempted from the title computer level C exam. 4. To be promoted to the positions of senior middle school teachers and senior primary school teachers, you should obtain a second-class certificate of Putonghua proficiency; Ethnic autonomous prefectures (counties) that use Chinese and local ethnic languages for teaching should obtain a third-class certificate of Putonghua proficiency. (IX) Requirements for teaching and scientific research 1. Promotion to intermediate positions (1) Promotion to the post of senior teacher in primary schools.
