Please design an opening ceremony for the activity of "I Love Memorizing Ancient Poems"

"I love to memorize poetry"

——Design of an in-class recitation competition

1. Purpose of the activity

1. Consolidate students' recitation results and better complete the teaching tasks stipulated in the syllabus.

2. Improve students’ enthusiasm for learning poetry and enrich students’ learning life.

3. Cultivate students’ sentiments and promote the excellent culture of the Chinese nation.

2. Activity process

(1) Publicity and mobilization: Promote the significance of the activity and mobilize students to actively prepare and participate.

Two weeks before the event, students should be informed: What kind of event we are going to hold and how to organize the event. Mobilize everyone to actively prepare.

This preparation process itself is of great significance. In this process, the first purpose of the activity was naturally achieved.

(2) Formulate activity plans.

In order to ensure that the activity goes smoothly, teachers should formulate detailed and feasible activity plans in advance and inform students in advance.

1. Activity preparation

1) Divide the whole class into four groups, with a group leader for each group. The group leader is responsible for numbering the members of the group from 1 to 14. The numbering results should be made in duplicate, one copy should be handed over to the teacher, and the other copy should be kept by the team leader.

2) The teacher is responsible for setting the questions. Select 60 poems from the 63 poems in the Jiangsu Education Edition of "Selected Readings of Tang Poems and Song Ci" and write them on 60 small cardboards. Write the title and first sentence of a poem or poem on each cardboard, and mark the number of the student who wrote it. Answer this question. 60 cardboards, each group of 4, divided into 15 groups. In order to facilitate the operation, each group of questions will be answered by students with the same number. For example, the first group of questions is answered by student No. 1 in each group. The questions are as follows:

3) The whole class will democratically elect two students, A and B, to be the judges, and then two students, C and D, to be the scorekeepers.

2. Competition organization method

At the beginning of the competition, the four team leaders came on stage to freely draw questions from 60 cardboards. And hand the drawn questions to the students who want to answer the questions. For example, if the question drawn by the team leader is to be recited by student No. 1, the question will be given to student No. 1. After student No. 1 gets the question board, he should read the question first, that is, let everyone know the title of the poem or word you want to memorize, and then recite the poem or word. After student No. 1 recited the questions, the judges gave points promptly, and he received 10 points for all correct answers. On the premise of memorizing it, if there are any individual mistakes, one point will be deducted for each mistake until all points are deducted. If student No. 1 fails to recite it, within the specified time (20 seconds of waiting), a student in the group will recite it for him, and the group will score 5 points; otherwise, the score will be 0 points.

For the sake of fairness, the order of recitation for each group can be arranged like this. When reciting the first group of questions, follow the order of one group, two groups, three groups, and four groups; when reciting the second group of questions, follow the order of two groups, three groups, four groups, and one group; when reciting the third group of questions, , follow the order of three groups, four groups, one group, and two groups; when reciting the fourth group of questions, follow the order of four groups, one group, two groups, and three groups; and so on for the rest.

3. Scoring and scoring.

The judges will give scores orally as required, and the scorekeeper will record the average score of the two judges. In order to ensure the accuracy of the records, the two scorers can distribute the tasks equally. C records the scores of the first and second groups, and D records the scores of the third and fourth groups.

4 Commendations and Rewards

In this event, the group with the highest score was rated as the "Excellent Study Group", and each member of the group received a souvenir.

5. The activity is planned to last 45 minutes.

(1) Organize competitions.

1. The literary and art committee member writes the words "I love to memorize poetry" on the blackboard in advance with colored pens. Some decorations can be made around the words, and then the words "博文强记" and "Who and The slogan "Compete for the Top" tries to create an atmosphere of competition as much as possible.

2. Students should sit in four groups in advance, with the group leader sitting at the front.

3. The teacher is the host. After the teacher announces the start of the activity, it will be carried out according to the competition rules.

After the team leader draws the questions, he will give the questions to the students who need to answer the questions according to the numbering list on hand. At this time, the teacher can use his own numbering list to observe whether there is cheating. For example, this question should have been answered by classmate No. 10, but because classmate No. 10 did not do well, the team leader gave the question to classmate No. 3, who had better grades. This is not allowed. The judges must listen carefully to the students' recitations and give points fairly; the scorekeepers must take notes carefully. Students can supervise this. The scoring table is as follows:

4. At the end of the game, the scorer will calculate the total score and rank.

5. The teacher announces the results of the competition, praises and awards.

(4) Issues to note during operation

1. Make good preparations before the activity. Teachers must find ways to mobilize everyone to do their best to prepare, so that the purpose of the activity can be achieved; teachers You should also be familiar with the process of the event to ensure that the event goes smoothly.

2. Since it is an activity organized within class, each group can answer questions in a relatively fixed order. If a rush-answer format is used, the atmosphere may be too lively and uncontrollable, which may affect the normal teaching of other classes.

3. Number all students so that everyone can participate. According to the size of the class, it is appropriately divided into several activity groups. The class I teach has 56 people, which can be divided into four groups.

4. Ensure the fairness of the activity. Fairness is the basis for everyone’s active participation. Otherwise, the meaning of the activity will be lost.

5. If you have enough time, you can change the number of each group of questions (that is, the questions originally answered by student No. 1 can be changed to be answered by student No. 2, and so on) and continue the competition.

3. The effect of the activity and the thoughts it triggered

This activity achieved very good results.

1) First of all, the fun of the activity attracted everyone. The students were very enthusiastic and fully prepared in advance. During the competition, they were highly motivated. Even students who do not like to study on weekdays were able to recite the words. The questions received exceeded the expected results.

2) Secondly, the holding of the event inspired everyone's new enthusiasm for learning and they will work harder in subsequent studies.

3) Once again, this activity made everyone feel that learning poetry is no longer a boring thing, and they fell in love with poetry. "I love memorizing poetry" became everyone's sincere voice.

This event inspired me a lot. The key to students' learning status lies in the guidance of teachers. Teachers must think more when teaching and stimulate students' interest in learning in order to achieve good teaching results.
