Comprehensive analysis of the effective credit demand in the county, "one line, one policy" to develop the improvement plan of loan-to-deposit ratio, a county branch with poor capital adaptability. Help rural governance and rural collective property rights reform, and further increase the promotion of the "three-capital" platform. Increase the credit supply to 25 provincial key counties for rural revitalization, and formulate specific implementation measures to ensure that the loan supply and new loan interest rates of provincial counties fully meet the regulatory requirements. Actively meet the credit needs of the poor, and try to lend to those who are willing to lend and meet the loan conditions. For eligible poor people, we will continue to give strong support through products such as rural personal production and operation loans to help them get rich and run a well-off society. Continue to do a good job in fixed-point assistance and equip the cadres in the village. Continue to encourage institutions and employees at all levels of the Bank to actively participate in consumer assistance, actively tap the upstream and downstream customer resources of the industrial chain to help sales, and actively use Xingnong Mall to promote high-quality agricultural products.
