Article 33 The owners' committee shall, within 3 days from the date of election, handle the filing formalities with the district and county real estate administrative departments, sub-district offices and township people's governments where the property is located with the following documents:

(1) The establishment of the owners' congress and the election of the owners' committee;

(2) management regulations;

(3) Rules of procedure of the owners' congress;

(4) Other major matters decided by the owners' meeting.
