Jinan summer night construction hours

Jinan’s summer night construction hours are divided into indoor and outdoor requirements, as follows:

1. 12:00 to 14:00 every day, and 18:00 to 8:00 the next day. During this period, no noise-generating decoration activities such as knocking, chiseling, planing, and drilling are allowed during building decoration construction. In addition, decoration companies engaged in residential interior decoration activities should strictly abide by the prescribed decoration construction time, reduce construction noise, and reduce environmental pollution.

2. Jinan construction site construction time regulations stipulate that in urban areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated, construction operations that produce environmental noise pollution are strictly prohibited at night (specifically from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day). However, exceptions are made for emergency repairs, emergency operations and those that must be operated continuously due to production process requirements or special needs. If continuous operation is necessary due to special needs, the construction unit must have a certificate from the people's government at or above the county level or its relevant competent departments.
