After applying reasonable roller flaw detection, the minimum size of each roller can be basically guaranteed before scrapping. In this way, it can be solved that many rolls can not be detected due to internal defects, which leads to the expansion of defects and eventually leads to many rolls breaking or other accidents that seriously affect production.
