Corn, sorghum, sugarcane and other crops can be properly silaged in autumn, and summer grain production determines the basic market of food security throughout the year. It is absolutely not allowed to silage wheat, rice and other major rations out of season without compensation, nor is it allowed to engage in the silage "grain to feed" project in summer grain production.
