First, analysis of the current situation of coal industry safety in Shanxi Province

Many coal mines in Shanxi Province are working underground. Coupled with the influence of topography, gas explosion, coal and gas outburst, rock burst and roof accidents occur frequently, and uncontrolled mining leads to more complicated mining conditions and more safety problems. Shanxi coal mine production management is mainly manifested in the following aspects: a) the natural environment around the coal mine is harsh and the geological structure is complex, which is easy to cause disasters; B) There are many mines, but they are mined separately, resulting in many and scattered mines, low productivity and serious waste of coal resources; C) Limited by the economic development of Shanxi Province, the machinery is relatively backward, the degree of mechanization is low, and the safety facilities are unreasonable; D) Workers involved in coal mining are laborers without professional knowledge, and their comprehensive quality is poor. 3.4 Accelerate the integration of resources

There are many coal mines in Shanxi Province, attracting many investors to mine them. Coal mine safety is the premise and guarantee of coal mine production, and it is also an important cornerstone to promote the rapid development of coal mine industry. The coal industry generally operates in an environment with many hidden dangers and high risk factors. Therefore, scientific and perfect coal mine safety technology management is not only the need to ensure personal safety, but also an important guarantee to effectively improve the safety production efficiency of coal mines.

First, the problems existing in coal mine safety technology management

1. 1 The comprehensive quality of coal miners is low, which threatens safety in production.

At present, China's coal mining enterprises are also carrying out various reforms, and the employment system is also showing diversified forms. On the one hand, this change has brought certain benefits to enterprises and reduced their production costs, but on the other hand, it has also brought threats to the safety production of coal mining enterprises. The increase of temporary contract workers in coal mining enterprises not only increases the difficulty of safety management, but also poses a great threat to the safety production of coal mines because most temporary coal miners come from migrant workers in different regions with relatively low education level, backward concepts, strong concept of temporary employment, lack of sense of responsibility for safety production and weak knowledge and awareness of safety production. At the same time, most coal mine managers come from advanced producers who are hard-working and have a scientific understanding of coal mine safety production, and even have the inevitable misconception of coal mining. According to the survey data, 60% of coal mine accidents in China are caused by illegal operation, which is a major obstacle to safe production.

At the same time, the training and management of safety production need a lot of money, and even recruiters pay more attention to cheap labor, ignoring the level of cultural quality is also an important factor affecting safety production management.
