1. VAT rates are 13%, 9%, 6% and zero. The collection rates are 3% and 5%.

Domestic units and individuals sell services and intangible assets within the scope specified by the State Council to overseas, and the tax rate is zero.

Two. VAT calculation formula:

VAT payable = output tax-input tax = sales x applicable tax rate-VAT paid for goods or services.

Or, VAT payable = output tax-input tax-tax allowance+input transfer-out.
