2. How much is waterproof?

Generally, there are two forms of waterproof charges at present, namely, xx yuan/meter or xx yuan/household.

Personally, I think it is more reliable to charge by household. The average balcony price is about 120 yuan/set, and the husband's room is 240-260 yuan/set.

Here's another trick.

Waterproof silicone is very particular. Do you want to make an outside call or both? Ideally, both the inside and the outside are coated with silicone, but whether charging by meter or by set, the merchants may engage in some tricks ~

If the waterproofing is calculated by meters and the inside and outside are coated with silica gel, the merchant may add the number of meters outside+the number of meters inside when pricing, instead of the length of the side that needs waterproofing in the whole range, which is equivalent to double the calculation.

If the waterproofing is calculated as a set, it is necessary to confirm with the merchant whether the waterproofing is done on one side or on both sides before signing the contract, because many tx workers found that the outer side of 1 was coated with silica gel on the day of installation, and when they found the merchant, they found that people never agreed to apply double-sided silica gel.

3. Is there a charge for color processing?

4. Is there any extra charge for hardware accessories?
