1.1 The construction unit is responsible for implementing safe and civilized construction. The project manager of the construction unit is directly responsible for the safe and civilized construction of this construction project, and is also directly responsible for public security and fire protection. Each subcontracting unit shall strictly implement the regulations of the general contracting unit and accept management.

1.2 The construction unit should implement closed construction, standardized fences, hardened on-site floors, sanitized toilets, and standardized warehouses and offices. Construction projects should reduce pollution and impact on the surrounding environment. The environment around the construction project should be beautified.
