Separation knot

Covering protection

Cover a large area of color steel plate with paper to ensure the protection of finished products. In this way, other parts will not be damaged during inkjet printing.

Set font

In order to make the sprayed pattern more perfect, we need to set the font or adopt the previous font to prevent it from being deformed due to random production. It can also be directly sprayed after setting out and drawing lines on the steel plate.

Blow-up drawing

Spraying a large picture on the color steel plate, although the fineness is slightly lower, can achieve the ideal effect as long as you master the spraying distance and skills. The spray gun should be kept at a distance of 20-30cm, and the Bo Tu should be repeated as much as possible to avoid the paint sagging affecting the final effect.

Cut the masking paper or tape

Finally, we must ensure that the painting on the color steel plate is perfectly coordinated with the grassroots. When finished, carefully cut off the masking paper or tape and remove the protective paper to ensure that the edges of the words are neat.
