5. 1 Preparation before use

5.2.4 When the deviation between the power supply voltage value of the construction elevator and the rated voltage value exceeds 5%. Or when the total power supply of the construction elevator is less than the specified value, the construction elevator shall not be used.

5.2.5 Clear safety warning signs shall be set in the working scope of the construction elevator, and the centralized work area shall be well protected.

5.2.7 Users should take corresponding safety protection measures for construction elevators according to different construction stages, surrounding environment, seasons and climate.

5.2.8 Users should set up corresponding equipment management institutions or equip full-time equipment management personnel at the site, and designate full-time equipment management personnel and full-time safety production management personnel to conduct supervision and inspection.

5.2.9 In case of heavy rain, heavy snow and fog, the wind speed at the top of the construction elevator is more than 20m/s, or there is ice on the surface of the guide rail frame and cable, the construction elevator shall not be used.

5.2. 10 It is forbidden to use the travel limit switch as the control switch to stop running.

5.2. 1 1 During the use period, the user shall carry out regular maintenance on the construction elevator according to the requirements of the instruction manual.

5.2. 12 Within 5m of the horizontal distance around the foundation of the construction elevator, no wells or ditches shall be dug, and inflammable and explosive articles and other sundries shall not be piled up.

5.2. 13 There shall be no obstacles in the running passage of the construction elevator. Scaffolding, construction pipelines, rope slogans, flags, etc. Do not use the guide rail frame, cross rigid support and landing of the construction elevator to pull and hang.

5.2. 14 When the construction elevator is installed in the shaft inside the building, a closed guardrail shall be erected around the running channel.

5.2. 15 For the construction elevator installed in the dark or working at night, bright floor lights should be installed throughout. During construction at night, there should be sufficient lighting in the operation area, and the lighting should meet the requirements of the current industry standard "Technical Specification for Temporary Electricity Safety on Construction Site" JGJ 46.

5.2. 16 Stripped and bare wires and cables shall not be used in the construction elevator.

5.2. 17 The bottom plate of the elevator cage shall be kept dry and tidy. Articles shall not be piled up for a long time in the passage area of each floor.

5.2. 18 It is forbidden for the construction elevator driver to work after drinking. Drivers are not allowed to chat with other people during working hours, and they are not allowed to interfere with the operation of the construction elevator.

5.2. 19 Construction elevator drivers shall abide by the safety operation rules and safety management system.

5.2.20 The shift-over system shall be implemented for the construction elevator with more than 20 shifts, and the shift-over driver shall fill in the shift-over record form according to Appendix D of this regulation. The replacement driver should check before shift, and the operation can only be started after it is confirmed.

5.2.2 1 Before the construction elevator is used for the first time every day, the driver should lift the cage off the ground 1m ~ 2m, and stop to check the reliability of the brake. Found the problem, to repair qualified before delivery.

5.2.22 The construction elevator shall be overloaded 1 times 1.25 times the rated weight every 3 months to ensure the safety and reliability of braking performance.

5.2.23 The driver shall not leave the construction elevator without authorization during working hours. When it is necessary to leave under special circumstances, stop the construction elevator to the lowest floor, turn off the power supply and lock the cage door.

5.2.24 When operating the construction elevator with manual switch, electromechanical interlock shall not be used to start or stop the construction elevator.

5.2.25 The door bolt of the landing door should be set near the construction elevator, and the landing door should be in a normally closed state. The landing door shall not be opened or closed without the permission of the construction elevator driver.

5.2.26 The special switch box for the construction elevator should be located near the guide rail frame for easy operation, and the power distribution capacity should meet the requirements of direct start of the construction elevator.

5.2.27 When the construction elevator is in use, the size of the materials to be carried shall not exceed the limit of the hanging cage.

5.2.28 Bulk materials shall be packed in containers, bundled or packed in woven bags, and the load shall be evenly distributed during stacking.

5.2.29 When transporting molten asphalt, strong acid, strong alkali, solution, flammable materials or other special materials, relevant technical departments should make a good risk assessment, take safety measures, and make a written disclosure to the construction elevator driver and relevant operators before transportation.

5.2.30 When loading and unloading machinery is used to transport materials into the hoisting cage of the construction elevator, the loading and unloading machinery shall not collide with the construction elevator. When discharging, the discharging speed should be slow.

5.2.3 1 When the car enters the cage, the concentrated load at the wheel should not be greater than the allowable bearing capacity of the cage floor and the landing floor.

5.2.32 Various safety devices on the hanging cage shall be kept intact and effective. After heavy rain, heavy snow, typhoon and other bad weather. All safety devices must be thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be safe and effective before use.

5.2.33 If any abnormal situation is found in the operation of the construction elevator, it shall immediately stop running until the fault is eliminated.

5.2.34 When the construction elevator stops halfway due to power failure or other reasons, it can be lowered manually. The manual lowering speed of the hanging cage shall not exceed the rated running speed.

5.2.35 After the operation, the construction elevator should return to the lowest floor for parking, all control switches should be set to zero, the power supply should be cut off, and the switch box, hanging cage door and ground fence door should be locked.

5.2.36 The use of steel wire rope construction elevator shall also meet the following requirements:

1 The steel wire rope shall conform to the current national standard Maintenance, Maintenance, Installation, Inspection and Scrapping of Crane Steel Wire Rope GB/T 5972;;

2. When the elevator cage is in operation, the wire rope shall not contact or rub with the cover or other objects;

3 when the hanging cage is located on the ground, the wire rope wound on the winch drum should not be less than 3 times, and there should be no rope disorder on the wire rope on the winch drum;

4 When the hoist is working, no object shall be placed above the hoist;

5 it is forbidden to clean or refuel when the hoist and traction machine are running.

5.3 Inspection, Maintenance and Repair

5.3. 1 Before starting work every day and before each shift change, the construction elevator driver shall inspect the construction elevator according to the requirements of the instruction manual and appendix E of this regulation. The inspection results shall be recorded and the problems shall be reported to the users.

5.3.2 During the use of the construction elevator, the user shall organize professional and technical personnel to conduct inspection according to Appendix F of this Regulation every month, and record the inspection results.

5.3.3 In case of natural disasters, equipment accidents or shutdown for more than 6 months, which may affect the safety and technical performance of the construction elevator, the inspection and acceptance of the construction elevator shall be reorganized.

5.3.4 The construction elevator shall be maintained and repaired according to the instruction manual. The time interval of maintenance and repair should be determined according to the use frequency, operating environment and condition of the construction elevator. During the use of the construction elevator, users should arrange enough time for equipment maintenance and repair.

5.3.5 After the maintenance of the construction elevator, the rated load of the construction elevator shall be tested after testing and confirming that all components are in good condition. The rated load of the left cage and the right cage should be tested separately for the double cage construction elevator. The test scope should include all aspects of the normal operation of the construction elevator.

5.3.6 During the use of the construction elevator, the rated load drop test shall be conducted at least once every three months. The method, time interval and evaluation standard of the drop test shall meet the relevant requirements of the instruction manual and the current national standard "Building Elevator" GB/T 10054.

5.3.7 The power supply should be cut off when the construction elevator is overhauled, and eye-catching warning signs should be set. Protective measures should be taken when power-on maintenance is needed.

5.3.8 Construction elevators without potential safety hazards shall not be used.

5.3.9 Maintenance and repair operations are strictly prohibited in the operation of the construction elevator.

5.3. 10 During the maintenance of the construction elevator, the worn and damaged parts exceeding the specified level shall be repaired or replaced in time, and the inspection and acceptance shall be conducted by professional technicians.

5.3. 1 1 All kinds of records of inspection, maintenance and repair of the construction elevator shall be included in the safety technical files and filed on the construction site during the use of the construction elevator.
