How to strengthen the construction of procuratorial culture in grass-roots procuratorates

The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, while making arrangements to win new victories in building a well-off society in an all-round way, highlighted the importance of socialist cultural construction and made major strategic arrangements to promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture. With the deepening of procuratorial reform, it has become the knowledge of procuratorial organs to improve the quality of procuratorial organs by cultural construction and promote the realization of the goal of "strengthening legal supervision and maintaining fairness and justice". As a basic part of procuratorial organs, grass-roots procuratorates are the basis of all procuratorial work and an important carrier to undertake the construction of procuratorial culture. Therefore, how to promote the construction of procuratorial culture in grass-roots procuratorates and give full play to the positive role of grass-roots procuratorates in building a harmonious society is a new topic facing procuratorial organs under the background of "promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture" put forward by the 17 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. I. Connotation of Procuratorial Culture Procuratorial culture refers to the sum of procuratorial practice activities and their achievements of the staff of procuratorial organs under socialist conditions. It includes procuratorial thought, procuratorial norms, procuratorial facilities, procuratorial technology and many other aspects, and is the value basis and basic concept that dominates procuratorial practice. Structurally, procuratorial culture is the sum of material culture and spiritual culture with the characteristics of procuratorial work. As a new management idea, management theory and management form, procuratorial culture is characterized by combining the management of things with the management of people by procuratorial organs, and transforming the management focusing on things into the management centered on people.
