First, Teacher Yang guides the children to write down their own goals, which can be the scores or rankings of the subjects they want to improve recently, the schools they plan to enter, or something they plan to do. After writing the goal, Mr. Yang asked them to regroup according to the confidence index of achieving the goal, and interviewed and shared the reasons for achieving the goal. According to the reorganization, the students are divided into seven groups to communicate with each other. Then, after each student folds his target paper into a paper plane, he places it in the corresponding area with the strength of confidence index. Finally, the group cooperates with each other to get the target paper plane back.

In the process of retrieving the paper plane, some students feel that they are not confident enough and put it far away, but the rule of retrieving it is from the starting point, and any part of the body can't touch the ground, so it is necessary to use stepping stones. A stepping stone is actually a piece of writing about one's actions in the next 6 days. In this way, the more stepping stones are written, the more actions it means to achieve one's goals.

I see that some groups have a high confidence index, and their goals don't need stepping stones to achieve, but they still write down their future actions seriously and are willing to make more efforts for their goals and dreams.

After the game, Mr. Yang also introduced four methods to the children in the form of lectures. They are:

1. Think less and do more;

2. Let go (past, future, interpersonal relationship, forgetting yourself during exams);

3. Pick a point and count it as one point;

4. Turn the devil into an angel.
