First, build teachers' brands and train academic leaders and backbone teachers.

1. Building a brand of teachers, relying on curriculum reform and taking classroom teaching as a platform, the school has trained a group of teachers with excellent ideas and high professional level through teaching research and training. Teachers are dedicated, united and cooperative, hard-working, with strong cohesion and good spirit.

2, vigorously cultivate school-level academic leaders and backbone teachers, so that teachers with certain influence and competitiveness stand out, and gradually form an echelon of young teachers with development potential, which will drive the school's scientific research work to scale and grade.

Judging from the development trend of the school, the existing teaching resources have seriously restricted the development of the school, such as insufficient classrooms, excessive class size and lack of student activity venues. Therefore, we will strive to complete the following construction in the next five years:

1. The back hill of the school is leveled, and it is planned to build a teaching complex with 30 classrooms to solve the problem of insufficient classrooms for students (the project funds have been put in place and relevant procedures are being handled).

2, push away the campus gray building, the proposed student dormitory and student canteen.

3. Eliminate the existing student toilets and rebuild a toilet in the north of the school.

4. Increase the green area of campus and the construction of student activity places to further improve the quality of running schools.
