In order to protect, increase and scientifically utilize the fishery in the Dawen River section of our region and its tributaries, as well as the key waters of the region resources, effectively protect the water ecological environment, and promote the construction of ecological civilization, in accordance with the "Fisheries Law of the People's Republic of China", "Notice of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs on Adjusting the Yellow River Fishing Closed Season System", and "Shandong Province Inland Fisheries Management Regulations" Other laws, regulations and document requirements, the relevant matters related to the fishing ban period in the city's key waters are now announced as follows:

1. The fishing ban period is from April 1st to July 31st every year

2. Scope of fishing ban

The Dawen River section and its tributaries within the jurisdiction of Tai'an High-tech Zone are included in the key waters of the region managed by the river chief system.

3. Types of Prohibited Operations

During the fishing ban period, all types of fishing operations except recreational fishing are prohibited.

IV. Other requirements

During the fishing ban, all forms of productive fishing of natural fishery resources and activities that damage fishery resources and the fishery ecological environment are prohibited. Fishing vessels and net gear in the waters must be withdrawn before 24:00 on April 1. For fishing vessels and net gear that do not withdraw within the prescribed time, compulsory measures will be taken to clean up the vessel, confiscate the net gear, and punish them in accordance with relevant regulations. punishment.

Relevant units and individuals should consciously abide by fishery laws and regulations, strictly prohibit electrofishing, poisoning fish, and fish bombing, and strictly prohibit the use of nets, ground cages, ecstasy arrays, deep-water nets, etc. that damage fishery resources. Illegal fishing behavior. For violations of laws and regulations such as the Fisheries Law, the Agricultural and Industrial Affairs Office of the Social Affairs Service Center of Tai'an High-tech Zone and the Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau will impose confiscation of catches, confiscation of illegal income, fines, confiscation of fishing gear, and revocation of fishing licenses according to the severity of the case.
