Xiamen Institute of Technology is an undergraduate school directly under the responsibility of the Xiamen Municipal Government and directly under the Provincial Department of Education. The school’s predecessor was Lujiang Vocational University. The employment rate in Xiamen is quite high. Now the school has upgraded to a bachelor's degree, which is a second subject. The score line in the second school in Fujian is still quite high. The reputation is pretty good, at least in the Fujian area. The new campus is in Jimei, and everyone is employed in Jimei. Only adult education is available at Siming Campus.
