Before testing, loosen the locking screw of the limit mechanism, and then pull the circulating chain by hand to make the curtain door about 1 m from the ground. Try the "Up", "Stop" and "Down" buttons first to see if the lifting, stopping and descending functions of the shutter door are sensitive and reliable. If it is normal, the curtain can be raised or lowered to your determined position.

2. Turn the limit screw sleeve backward, adjust it until the micro-switch roller hears the "click" sound, and then tighten the locking screw. After repeated debugging, when the limit reaches the optimal position, tighten the locking screw with your fingers. Door rolling machine should be installed horizontally. The door curtain reel should be concentric and horizontal, and the curtain should not get stuck. Adjust the chain sag to 6- 10mm (adjust before hanging the door curtain on the rotating shaft).

3. The cross section of the external power line of the electric shutter door machine is not less than 1mm, and the motor can be turned on and off only by operating the switch button: the shutter door will automatically stop when it is in place. If you want to stop halfway, you can operate the stop button when the shutter door rises or falls. Another advantage of the electric rolling gate is that it can be operated when there is a power failure. Manual mechanism manually pulls the chain door to rise slowly, and stops pulling when it is in place. Do not exceed the original limit height to avoid damaging the limit switch. Gently pull the deadweight lever. When the door slides down at a uniform speed and is close to closing, release the gravity drop lever and then pull it again to realize complete closing.
