Yunnan Branch, with the consent of most owners of commercial and residential buildings in Li Yong, Dali Li Yong Trading Co., Ltd. signed an elevator installation contract with Beijing Futong Tongyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. Yunnan Branch to add elevators to the sixth floor of 1 Building 1 Unit in the form of "agent rental and paid use". It is planned to add three elevators, which will be completed and put into use by the end of 20021.

Verified by the comprehensive coordination group of Dali old residential area and the project owner, the foundation pit and derrick of elevator construction have been completed. Due to the design changes in the construction process, the glass of the elevator derrick needs to be customized again. Facilities are in contact with designers and glass manufacturers to speed up production. The project owner has promised to start the installation and debugging of glass and elevator on February 9, 2022, and put it into trial operation after completion.
