Summary of individual work of volunteers in western China

On July 29th, XX, I was lucky enough to be a volunteer of college students in the West Plan. According to the unified arrangement of the XX-year college student volunteers of the Communist Youth League Committee, I came to Dashun Township, the most remote township in Fuling District.

due to the needs of the unit, I was arranged to study and work in Dashun Township Forestry Workstation. During this year, with the training and help of leaders and the care and guidance of colleagues, my grass-roots work ability and ideological quality have been effectively improved. According to the study and work in the past year, I make the following summary:

1. Ideological quality

Although I am not a party member, I actively move closer to the Party organization and demand myself by the standard of being a party member. In the second batch of in-depth study of Scientific Outlook on Development in the whole region, I seriously studied the spirit of the Party's xx Congress and the Fourth Plenary Session of the xx Central Committee, as well as the connotation of Scientific Outlook on Development. Through studying, I learned what Scientific Outlook on Development is, its content and significance, and wrote Scientific Outlook on Development's experience. At the same time, I have carefully studied the spirit of the relevant documents of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League on volunteers for the western plan, and started my work in combination with volunteer service, which has obviously improved my ideological and political quality.

II. Work

During the year, I learned from leading cadres, people, newspapers and magazines by reading more, listening more, asking more questions and doing more, which enriched my knowledge and improved my working ability.

1. Forest right reform. As soon as I came to work, I met Fuling District, which was carrying out the reform of forest right system. Through learning and groping, from the beginning, I couldn't start, and I independently sorted out the data of farmers and entered the data of more than 3, farmers. After three months of overtime, the reform of forest right was finally successfully completed. Through this forest right reform, I have an understanding of the basic working principles and common problems of printers and copiers, which provides a guarantee for the normal operation of daily office work in the future.

2. Office work. After the reform of forest right system, the unit made a specific arrangement for my work, in which the daily office, forest protection and fire prevention, information of natural forest protection and public welfare forest, and file arrangement for XX years were in my charge. The office is mainly responsible for daily cleaning, sorting and printing documents, and writing related work summaries.

3. Forest protection and fire prevention. In this year, I am responsible for the relevant files and materials of forest protection and fire prevention, and the daily shift arrangement of forest protection and fire prevention, to cope with the inspection of the district fire prevention office. I checked that our materials were insufficient. At the end of last year, I applied for the purchase of 1 iron brooms, and in April this year, I bought 2 axes to ensure that there were sufficient materials at the critical time. In major festivals, as well as spring ploughing, spring sowing, summer and other high-risk fire disasters, * * * dispatched propaganda vehicles for 17 times, used radio to publicize in towns, key forest areas and major traffic intersections for 4 times, printed and distributed more than 1XX publicity materials, organized personnel to maintain three permanent fire prevention stone tablets, and wrote and stretched more than 6 fire prevention slogans. On duty, I strictly abide by my own duty schedule and ensure smooth communication 24 hours a day. In this year, a forest fire broke out in the township, but under the command of the leadership of the township forest protection and fire prevention headquarters, the fire was quickly put out without causing great losses, and forest resources were effectively protected.

4. Natural Forest Protection Project. In XX, Dashun Township added 5 mu of natural forest protection public welfare forest, and I was mainly responsible for printing the information on the wall of natural forest protection public welfare forest and the file contract information. Among them, there are 12 materials on the wall, such as forest information, and the archives include 11 copies of the responsibility book, management contract and management system of natural forest protection.

5.XX years of file arrangement. Because there was an accident of cadres' style in forestry station last year, the files of XX years have been piled up at random. I arranged and planned all the written materials for district distribution documents, rural distribution documents, forestry station affairs, natural forest protection projects, forest projects, returning farmland to forests, forest protection and fire prevention, which had been filed and stored before my one-year period.

6. Other work. From September 14th to 16th, XX, I was also transferred to Fuling District by the Youth League Committee to serve the old people who celebrated the 6th anniversary of the establishment of Southwest Service Group.

III. Problems and Shortcomings

Although I have continuously improved my quality through this year's work and study, there are still many shortcomings. First, the lack of communication skills needs to be improved; Second, the ability to handle work independently is insufficient, and further study and exercise are needed; Third, due to the complexity of office work, the study time is far from enough, so it is necessary to increase study efforts and continuously enhance their own quality; Fourth, there is still a gap between official document writing and requirements, such as the lack of proficiency in format, terminology and subject words, the low level of literature, and the lack of theoretical knowledge of official documents, which makes the articles written lack depth.

Fourth, the direction of future efforts

1. Establish the concept of lifelong learning and persist in applying what you have learned. Make a feasible study plan, grasp new knowledge in time, strengthen the study of economic theory knowledge, pay attention to the combination of theory and practice, and earnestly "read more, listen more, write more and think more"

2. Overcome youthful impatience, be down-to-earth, improve work initiative, be not afraid of doing more things, be not afraid of doing small things, be careful in doing things, and improve yourself in bit by bit practice.

3. Continue to improve their political accomplishment and establish a down-to-earth work style. With a high sense of mission and dedication, we will accomplish the tasks assigned by the leaders in a solid manner. Use your brain to find a way to work, communicate with colleagues in other departments, strengthen contact, and learn from each other to improve work efficiency.

4. Be brave in practice, learning, exploring, thinking and summing up, effectively enhance business knowledge and improve service level.

During my one-year service in Dashun Township Forestry Station, I not only exercised and improved my own quality, but also adapted myself to the working and living environment at the grass-roots level, and strengthened my belief in taking root and serving the grass-roots level. During this year, I did not forget to give consideration to both work and study, so that I was able to work and study correctly, and I was admitted as a college student "village official" in Fengdu County, Chongqing for XX years, and went to a poorer place to continue to stick to the big stage of grassroots rural areas, show myself and forge myself.

The year of voluntary service in XX-XX Western Plan was a turning point in my life. It's a year in which I keep learning, improving and exercising myself. It is also a year of my youth and no regrets.
