Tieshe'ao Primary School (now Qingping Town Central Primary School, Shizhong District, Leshan City) is located at No. 135, Tieshe'ao Street, Qingping Town, Shizhong District, Leshan City.

In May 1929, Xiong Hongzhang, a Communist Party member of the Jiading Special Branch of the Communist Party of China, successively introduced Huang Junru, the vice principal of Tieshe'ao Primary School, and Liu Hanwen, a teacher, to join the party, and established the Tieshe'ao Party Group. Liu Hanwen is in charge. In the spring of 1930, the Jiading County Committee of the Communist Party of China sent Communist Party member Tong Guangmin to Tieshe'ao Primary School to teach, assisting Liu Hanwen, Huang Junru and others in carrying out party work, establishing farmers' associations, women's associations, and developing party members. In the summer of that year, the Tieshe'ao branch of the Communist Party of China was established, under the leadership of the Jiading County Committee of the Communist Party of China, with Huang Junru as secretary. The maximum number of party members in the branch was 18, and there were more than 20 league members. After the Tieshe'ao Party branch was established, it led farmers to fight against the local rice banks' exploitation of farmers, and posted slogans such as "Hit the local tyrants and evil gentry!" on Yapeng Mountain. After the failure of the struggle, some party members moved to other places. In the autumn of 1933, members of the Jiading Central County Party Committee Deng Keyu and Zhang Ying went to Qinglong, Baima, and Louzi Townships to carry out agricultural movement work and improve the organizational construction of the Tieshe'ao Party Branch. Huang Shuqing was the secretary, Lin Xigui was the organizational committee member, and Huang Wancheng and Huang Guangyao were As the propaganda committee member, Wang Ruibang serves as the armed committee member. The activities of the Tieshe'ao Party Branch have become increasingly active, and the scope of activities has expanded to the area from Louzichong to Tieshe'ao and from Huashizui to He_kan and Changshan Ridge. In addition to actively attracting advanced elements to join the party, the party branch also expanded the farmers' association, publicized the fight against local tyrants, divided the fields, and mobilized the masses to prepare for armed riots. In May 1934, Zhang Ying and others were arrested by the Leshan Qingqing Communist Party Committee due to informants. Party members were transferred to other places and the party branch was destroyed.

Tieshe'ao Primary School was later rebuilt and is now the Central Primary School of Qingping Town, Shizhong District, Leshan City. It has no protection level or utilization level.
