Introduction to the Chinese Lion Commandos

Similar to the internationally renowned SEAL and Snow Leopard commandos, the Henan Armed Police Corps' direct detachment also has an international special operations elite - the Lion Commando. This is the only armed police special operations commando team in Henan Province that integrates anti-terrorism, emergency response, rescue, ambulance, and reconnaissance. In recent years, they have won 12 team first places and more than 40 individual first places in various special operations competitions across the country.

The Lion Commando Team, which has more than a hundred people, has very strict age requirements for each team member during selection, basically between 20 and 25 years old. The commando team is selected once a year. Special forces members are usually specially recruited from martial arts schools or selected from the ranks of new recruits. Their physical fitness and courage are first-rate.

Then, they will organize a centralized closed training camp for half a year, during which they will be eliminated once a month. From the more than 100 elites selected, only 20 people can stay in the end. After joining the professional commando team, team members are organized to go deep into wild mountains and other environments that are close to actual combat every year, and conduct "Devil Week" training to strengthen the teamwork ability, personal willpower and wild survival ability of the special operations team members.

The training subjects of the Lion Commando are divided into emergency rescue, ambush and sniper attack, five-person team swimming with heavy loads, water fighting, shooting, physical fitness, etc. For indoor hostage rescue training, the commando team is required to complete the entire set of actions of breaking into the room, locking on the target, and killing with one blow within 2 seconds.
