Our environmental protection classroom started in September, 21, and now it has formed two characteristic project groups: community education and primary and secondary education.

Since September, p>1, we have conducted community environmental protection classes in communities such as Yingshui Dongli, Yingjiang Xili, Fengyuan Nanli, etc., which has created another "first time for colleges and universities in Tianjin" and won awards and vigorous promotion from Nankai District Environmental Protection Bureau. Up to today, Tianjin has formed a grand situation of "environmental protection classroom entering the community" led by the Environmental Protection Bureau, jointly organized by colleges and universities, and lectured by college students.

since September 22, we have brought environmental protection classes into primary and secondary schools, and have contacted five cooperative schools that have been offering environmental protection classes for a long time. Every mission, nearly 1 primary and secondary school students and their parents participated in the activities. Under the leadership of the missionary, the classroom atmosphere is lively, and everyone actively asks questions and participates in activities. In the propaganda and education, various ways such as indoor propaganda and outdoor games are adopted to let children experience environmental protection again from games.

in order to stimulate everyone's enthusiasm in the classroom, we also try to take more attractive ways such as drama performance to let everyone know about environmental protection in entertainment. In November 26, we cooperated with Tianjin Natural Museum and several communities in Nankai District to perform a drama with the theme of "caring for animals and paying attention to environmental protection". Three plays, Sleeping Beauty, The King of Seals and Journey to the West, were written and performed, with environmental protection as the theme, presenting a relaxed and profound feast of environmental protection to different visitors from all walks of life, making people start to think about the importance and urgency of environmental protection while enjoying happiness.

bird watching and bird loving

Bird watching and bird loving activities during the May Day and November holidays every year have always been one of the most popular classic activities among members of the Green Line. We make full use of the resources of wetlands and migratory birds in Tianjin, organize members to watch birds, make bird watching records, and improve the knowledge level and environmental awareness of community members in field practice. Through bird watching activities, we pay attention to the living conditions of birds and show the ecological problems of wetlands.

In p>24, more than 1 members of Green Line went to Qilihai and Tuanbowa wetlands to watch birds in batches. In the same year, we organized some members to conduct research around Tianjin Bird Market. In May and October of 25 and May of 26, more than 1 members went to Tanggu and Beidagang to watch birds in batches.

environmental celebrity lectures

in order to improve the environmental awareness and quality of the members of the club and students outside the club, we invite celebrities and teachers from the environmental protection field to give lectures from time to time. The lecture gave us a glimpse of the elegant demeanour of environmentalists, and at the same time enhanced the influence of Green Line on and off campus.

(1) In November 24, we invited Dr. jane goodall, a famous zoologist and known as the "patron saint of chimpanzees", to give a lecture in Nankai.

Roots and shoots groups have spread all over the world, and the Green Action Group of Nankai University is one of these groups.

in November, 24, we had the honor to invite Dr. jane goodall to give a lecture in Nankai. The lecture was welcomed by the students, and the venue was packed and the atmosphere was warm.

(2) In April, 25, our school invited Guo Geng, a famous environmentalist, to give a lecture:

Teacher Guo Geng's lecture was wonderful and unusual, and he introduced us a lot about the present situation of people getting along with the environment. He also introduced his own ideas: the tombstone of extinct animals made of Domino Domino Domino, and so on. The audience not only learned more about nature, the environment and the earth from Guo Geng's lecture, but also thought deeply and reflected on their behavior from Guo Geng's lecture. Introduction of Jia Zizheng: In order to protect animals and publicize environmental protection, he gave up his job and sold his family property. After a bitter experience, his wife also left him. Now he has put down his daughter, who is in the third year of senior high school, and set off for Hong Kong on a tricycle from his hometown Hegang to publicize environmental protection along the way. Mr. Jia is also the creator of the art of "picture in picture". His "Picture of Animals" won the best in Guinness World because it contains ten thousand animals.

(4) In September, 26, we were lucky enough to invite Mr. Yuan Jianming to Nankai Park to promote his "environmental protection" and at the same time brought us a wonderful lecture.

The activity was combined with activities such as exhibition board publicity and signature donation, and the scene was extremely enthusiastic. At the lecture, the students were moved by Mr. Yuan's will and ambition, and the applause continued.

yuan Jianming is from Tianshui, Gansu province. Born in 1972, he suffered from polio at the age of 3, leaving him with a lifelong disability. However, after seeing numerous events that destroyed the environment, he determined to "awaken Chinese children with the spirit of being physically disabled and determined to protect the environment, protect the home, protect the mother river, protect nature and build harmony."

scientific practice

with the enhancement of people's environmental awareness, simple environmental publicity and education have gradually fallen behind the times. It is our new goal to closely combine environmental protection propaganda with environmental protection practice and complement each other.

The classic activities are as follows:

(1) Investigation on the water situation in Tianjin (won the third prize of the first national survey on water situation of college students in 24)

This survey is conducted in two aspects, one is the pollution and protection of water resources in Tianjin, and the other is the survey on water-saving awareness of Tianjin citizens. In the survey area, we choose communities and schools to represent two groups of Tianjin citizens. Through the investigation of schools and communities, this paper analyzes the present situation and solutions of water resources in Tianjin from the aspects of water saving and water pollution.

(2) Investigation of water appliances in campus in November 25:

This activity involved the whole campus and was strongly supported by teachers and students. Through investigation and statistics, the damage of water appliances and the waste of water resources in the campus are basically obtained. Make everyone realize in a more intuitive way that saving lies in the usual bit by bit, so as to better implement saving in life.

(3) In the second half of 26, during the school-wide waste battery recycling activity

, we will divide the members who participated in the activity into groups and be responsible for recycling the waste batteries in each dormitory. Collect the recovered batteries and hand them over to the battery recovery and processing mechanism. Members will show their group style at the regular meeting, and show you the situation and relevant knowledge of battery recycling.

Waste batteries are environmental killers that often haunt the campus, and they are also the most worthwhile activities. Every member of the Green Line will set up a battery recycling box in each dormitory. This activity is mainly to wipe out the used batteries on campus by entering the dormitory to eliminate hidden dangers. And empty the batteries in the recycling box so that students can put the used batteries into it in the future.

(4) Carry out a series of publicity and practice activities on "Rejecting Disposable Chopsticks"

We organized members to make exhibition boards (including the situation of the overuse of disposable chopsticks, the exposure of the production, processing and storage conditions, the harm to health, the destruction of vegetation, and the warning poster of rejecting disposable chopsticks), and fixed the exhibition boards on the bridge leading to the small river, which will cause visual impact to passers-by as a long-term publicity. Distribute leaflets and questionnaires, and post slogans such as "Rejecting disposable chopsticks" and "Disposable chopsticks are harmful to health" in conspicuous places in canteens and dormitories.

At the same time, we launched a large-scale prize-winning contest at the entrance of the canteen to encourage everyone to understand the harm of disposable chopsticks. The prizes include iron wood chopsticks, environmental protection cloth bags, portable resin chopsticks, rice spoons and environmental protection cloth bags.

In combination with publicity activities, we also negotiate with the logistics and canteen departments of the school to minimize the supply of disposable chopsticks in the canteen.

This activity publicizes the hazards of disposable chopsticks, prompting students and teachers to consciously reject disposable chopsticks, thus hitting the market of vendors selling disposable chopsticks to schools. Make teachers and students understand the health hazards and health hazards of disposable chopsticks, improve their awareness of self-protection, and thus ensure the food hygiene of teachers and students in Nankai. Further strengthen the environmental protection concept of college students, make the concept of environmental protection deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and establish the awareness that environmental protection of college students starts from the side.

To spread green, youthful vitality, enhance feelings, and distribute flower seeds, flower soil and bottles (simple flower pots made of waste plastic bottles) to the students in the school campus free of charge

In this "Send Spring" activity, we not only simply distribute flower pots, but also take the opportunity to publicize the spirit of environmental protection.

Call on students to know and learn the types of garbage in life, recycle resources reasonably, realize the recycling of resources and build an economical Nankai.

Make a display board to introduce the distinction between recyclable waste and non-recyclable waste. Students from Green Line will explain the knowledge about waste classification, and have an interesting quiz on the classification of daily life waste.
