2. The safety passage at the production site is an important measure to ensure the safety of employees. It is set up for employees to walk, transport materials and workpieces. In order to prevent work-related injuries and facilitate internal transportation, regulations on safety passages at the production site are specially formulated. :

1 Requirements for the demarcation of safe passages:

1.1 Where it is easy for employees to trip, get scratched, or be hit, squeezed or otherwise injured by vehicles during their movements. Safety passages should be designated at work sites where auxiliary materials are damaged. (All workshops with a longitudinal length of 30m should be demarcated)

1.2 Safety passage markings should be eye-catching and clear, the passage should be flat, without steps, pits, ditches or slopes, and the double lines should be parallel and straight.

1.3 The width of the roadway is 1.8m and the width of the sidewalk is 1m.

1.4 The safety passage is marked with a 250mm to 110mm rectangular intermittent line mark, sprayed with white paint.

1.5 The unit to which the safe passage belongs should be delineated every quarter and implemented under the supervision of the Asset Operation Department.

2 Requirements for the use of safety passages:

2.1 The safety passage must be smooth, and all types of materials, equipment, and work station equipment cannot encroach on the safety passage.

2.2 All kinds of raw and auxiliary materials, vehicles, and toolboxes must not occupy the safety lane signs or be stored on the safety lane.

2.3 All types of vehicles cannot enter the production site or be stored on the safe passage. Due to special needs, such as loading and unloading products, parts, etc., the stay time cannot exceed sixty minutes.

2.4 Any unit or individual who fails to comply with the requirements for the use of safe passages shall be operating in violation of regulations.

3 All types of motor vehicles in the factory must give way to pedestrians when driving on safe passages, and the driving speed cannot exceed 5 kilometers per hour.

4. When lifting objects, the lifting crane should operate over the safety passage. The operating height should not exceed 1M. When encountering pedestrians, a warning bell should be sounded.

3. According to the "Classification of Work at Heights" GB3608-2008 standard, the levels and fall radius of work at heights, and the radius r of the possible fall range, depending on the height h, are:
