How to be a good village cadre

Small village officials have great functions, small positions and big stage. Village cadres are responsible for the implementation, transmission and distribution of rural policies and the development of rural economy, and play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, it is very important to have a team of village cadres with high quality, correct style, strong ability and courage to shoulder heavy burdens. However, the current political stance of village cadres is not firm enough; Some village cadres have low level of policy theory, unclear working ideas, weak sense of innovation and low prestige of the masses; Some village cadres lack the ability to control the overall situation of rural work under the new situation; Some people have poor ability to get rich; Some are unfair, some violate financial discipline, and financial management is chaotic; Then there are disunity, infighting and conflicts between old and new groups in individual village groups. Although these problems are not universal, if they are not solved quickly, they will inevitably affect the whole and the overall situation. Therefore, we must vigorously improve the quality of village cadres, improve the ability of the new "two committees" to control rural work under the new situation, and provide a strong organizational guarantee for the economic development of counties and towns.

First of all, village cadres should have six kinds of consciousness in the new period.

1, organizational consciousness. The post of village cadres represents the organizational image. No matter what you did in the past, from now on, what you could have said and done may not be said or done now. Shut your mouth and mind your legs. Second, village cadres should improve four abilities in the new period.

3. Ability to maintain stability. Be an official, stabilize one side and develop the other. It is our duty to defend our land, stabilize our territory and make a fuss every day. The second is to improve the ability to do mass work well. Three, village cadres in the new period should do a good job in the following five constructions.

4. New rural construction. First, strengthening infrastructure construction and improving people's production and living conditions are practical and good things that ordinary people can see and touch. The second is the construction of new houses. Can't simply think of it as real estate development. We should do what we can, mature one, develop one and build one.
