Conscientiously implement the equipment management system of “prevention first, safety inspection, and mandatory maintenance”, and carry out the 3-day safety production month equipment inspection, maintenance and upkeep in a planned and step-by-step manner during the safety month. During the activities, the sewage treatment equipment was comprehensively maintained, overhauled, renovated, replaced and adjusted.

3. Strengthen safety management and do a good job in production work in an all-round way

Actively cooperate with Safety Month to carry out a series of other safety activities. First of all, we should do a good job in safety production in each workshop and take targeted measures to eliminate hidden dangers on site. Secondly, do a good job in on-site management. The activity team conducted dynamic safety inspections on the two construction sites, promptly discovered and eliminated potential safety hazards, and solved problems existing in the implementation of various rules and regulations. Third, strengthen the management of labor discipline and conduct assessments in accordance with the performance appraisal system for production personnel of engineering companies. Fourth, strengthen quality standardization work, formulate detailed work measures, and report discovered problems in a timely and truthful manner.

Through the Security Month activities, existing problems and hidden dangers were implemented and rectified in a timely manner. At the same time, production personnel were required to summarize the activities within their own jurisdiction and find out what they were doing in management.
