Safety instructions for electric oil drum pump

1, except in accordance with this manual, strictly abide by GB3883. 1-83 technical specification for safety management, use, inspection and maintenance of hand-held electric tools.

2. The rated value of this product in the voltage range before use is 10%.

3. Avoid level lines and places where water and oil are installed. When using this pump, don't damage the electric level, and avoid oil-water contact with electrical appliances such as motor switch.

4. In case of sudden start-up, the switch should be in the "off" (i.e. pressed) state before turning on the power supply.

5. Do not abuse the power cord, and do not extend or replace it at will. Do not pull the power cord to scrape, cut or press.

6. This pump is fireproof. When replacing the brush or maintaining it, special attention should be paid to the flameproof surface of the flameproof parts to prevent them from being damaged and scratched. When repairing or replacing the brush, the motor should be turned on to remove the carbon powder and oil stain from the inner cavity.

7. Use it correctly. There is no plug at one end of the power cord of this pump, so users can choose the appropriate plug. There are two aspects and three points that need special attention:

A, the use of plugs and sockets in explosive flammable places, must comply with the explosion-proof regulations, and set up in a normal place far away from explosive flammable places. A three-pin plug of 220V5A can be used, and one of the long pins is a grounding pin.

B, no matter what plug is used, it must be reliably grounded. The yellow-green core wire at one end of the power cord is the ground wire. After the connection is correct, check whether the metal shell of the pump is electrically connected with the contact pin, and the resistance should not be greater than 1 ohm.

8. Prohibited places: Do not use in special environments such as damp, snowy and corrosive gas places.
