Basic situation of the project department: Project overview: The total length of the fourth project department is 14.67 kilometers, starting and ending The mileage is dk732﹢120-dk746﹢790. The main projects include three tunnels, namely Shangxing Tunnel (1,775 meters), Hetianping Tunnel (725 meters), and Beilingshan Tunnel (8,051 meters). There are 3 bridges, namely Shangxingzhong Bridge (87.8 meters), Hetianping Bridge (177.08 meters), and Zhugaotang Bridge (209.8 meters); 3.638 kilometers of roadbed, 1 Sihui Station, and 977,000 cubic meters of earthwork at the station. Personnel and equipment: Based on the project quantity and management needs, and in accordance with the requirements of standardized staffing, we promptly selected a group of employees with high political quality, good ideological and moral character, strong business skills, and certain work experience to establish a full project department. The organizational structure is well-equipped with strong management personnel for each department and team. Up to now, our project department has 570 construction workers and 205 pieces of machinery and equipment. The personnel and equipment basically meet the construction needs.

The Beilingshan Tunnel is the longest tunnel in Guangdong. It is also one of the most difficult projects on the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway and is also a top priority of the Bureau. For this reason, we regard the construction of the Beilingshan Tunnel as the primary project. We tried every possible means to plan, arrange and prepare early, and completed all construction preparations in advance, which effectively promoted the smooth development of all work. We mainly did the following aspects of work:

1. Grasp the construction progress and ensure the realization of the goal.

Only when there is progress can there be benefits. Without progress, there is no way to start. In order to ensure that we can enter the main tunnel construction as soon as possible, we have identified the following entry points: First, make various preparations before construction: First, carry out land acquisition and demolition. We promptly publicized the importance of building the Guiyang-Guangzhou Railway and promoting the economic development of the four provinces with the local government, village and town cadres, and relevant villagers. Through patient and meticulous work, we achieved strong support from the local government and villagers. The nearly 200 acres at the Beilingshan Tunnel exit were basically acquired within one month, meeting construction needs. Secondly, pay attention to the construction of sidewalks. In order to ensure the early start of construction of the key project Beilingshan Tunnel exit, the key to normal construction is to repair the construction road and transport materials and equipment to the site as soon as possible. We quickly rented excavators, bulldozers, road rollers, etc. and worked day and night. In only 20 days, the construction of the road was basically completed and various materials and equipment were transported to the site. Focus on standardized construction again. We organize eight control points for tunnel construction excavation, blasting, and anchor spraying, and organize dedicated learning and explanations for on-the-job workers, so that each worker has a deeper understanding of the content, standards, and procedures of the work he or she is engaged in. At present, the construction standards of smooth blasting, shotcrete anchor support and other processes at the Beiling Mountain Exit are high and of good quality. The fourth is to focus on process connection. Thinking ahead and arranging in advance are the key to good process connection.

We make advance arrangements for personnel, materials, tools, etc. before the previous process is completed. As soon as the previous process is completed, the personnel for the next process will follow. This saves time without delaying work. The cycle from blasting to ballast removal has been shortened from 21 hours to 16 hours now. The construction efficiency has been greatly improved. Now, the Beilingshan Tunnel exit has completed 60 meters of upper guide excavation and 20 meters of lower guide excavation. Basically achieved the task objectives assigned by the bureau leaders.

2. Pay attention to safety management to ensure safe construction.

As soon as the Guiyang-Guangzhou line came into operation, we paid great attention to safety management. The first is to optimize the construction plan and ensure safe construction. The project department has organized relevant technical personnel for many times to focus on the construction organization plan of important and difficult projects such as the Beiling Mountain Tunnel. From geological structure, excavation and blasting, to shotcrete support, each process has a detailed construction plan to ensure safe construction. Guaranteed. This enables on-site technicians to have a relatively comprehensive understanding of the specification requirements of the projects they are in charge of. The fourth is to provide technical training for personnel in special types of work. Through internal training and external exams from relevant units, 156 people have obtained job certificates for blasting operations, electrician welding and other special types of work. The fifth is to improve construction site signs and signage. Organize full-time safety officers at each site to conduct inspections of the entire construction site, determine the source of danger, and set up obvious signs and signs at the source of danger.

3. Focus on project quality and ensure high-quality projects.

In order to ensure quality projects in Guizhou and Guangzhou, we are absolutely unambiguous in terms of project quality. Strictly implement the quality standards of Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway to ensure the realization of the goals of Guizhou-Guangzhou quality projects. The first is to carry out smooth blasting according to geological construction. The geological structure at the exit of the Beilingshan Tunnel is relatively complex. To prevent early excavation, smooth blasting is key. We arrange the blastholes reasonably according to the geological structure. The distance between each blasthole should not exceed 30 centimeters. We control the depth of the blastholes and the amount of charge to achieve the best blasting effect. The second is to strengthen advance support and ensure the number and length of anchor rods. Advance support is a necessary means to ensure safe construction. During construction, we inspect and measure the number and length of anchor rods for each initial support one by one. If it is found that the quantity is insufficient or the length does not meet the requirements, it will be ordered to make corrections and construction will continue after passing the inspection. The third is to control the quality of materials. All steel, cement, sand and gravel materials must be tendered in accordance with the procedures and can only be used after passing the laboratory inspection. The fourth is to strictly enforce inspection procedures. We strictly abide by the "three inspections" system. Each process is first inspected by the work team itself. After passing the inspection, it is reported to the team for re-inspection. After the team's re-inspection, it is reported to the supervisor for final inspection. Construction will begin after all inspection requirements are met. Only by strictly following the construction specifications can we ensure the quality of the project and create high-quality projects in Guizhou and Guangzhou.

4. Pay attention to the construction of civilized construction sites and create a good and harmonious environment.

We attach great importance to the construction of civilized construction sites and strive to meet the requirements of green Guizhou. The first is to ensure the layout of the construction site. We conscientiously implement Guizhou-Guangzhou Company's "Guiding Opinions on Guizhou-Guangzhou Railway Standardization Management" with high standards and a high starting point. We are willing to invest in the layout of the construction site, and the "one map, seven signs", slogans, logos and all required signboards are basically in place. At the same time, we also pay attention to environmental protection and plant some grass and trees at the entrance of the cave to beautify the construction site, which greatly improves the construction environment. Up to now, the construction site layout of the Beilingshan Tunnel exit has been basically completed, giving people a refreshing feeling. The second is to do a good job in the construction of production buildings and employee housing. Now, we have completed 7,572 square meters of temporary housing construction, and the construction of production houses and employee living houses for six teams have been completed. Since the start of the project, we have conducted ideological and political, business technology and job skills training for all construction personnel of the project, a total of 370 people, ensuring that all personnel on the job have been trained.

5. Do a good job in establishing and improving internal industry information.

Internal industry information is an important document that truthfully records project construction. It is also an important part of engineering construction. For this reason we attach great importance to internal information work. The first is to select good personnel. We appoint people with certain work experience and familiarity with internal industry data as data clerks and provide training to them. The second is to unify standards and standardize filling in. We organize all construction materials, formulate unified filling standards and requirements, and create templates to ensure the quality of internal industry materials. The third is to conduct regular inspections and make timely corrections if problems are found. Check internal business information every month, and promptly revise and supplement any information that does not meet the requirements or is incomplete.
