What does happiness fund mean?

A fund to promote children's happy growth. Happiness Fund is a systematic project to promote children's happy growth and a long-term public welfare undertaking that benefits hundreds of millions of children in China. The Happiness Fund was initiated and established by China Children and Teenagers' Fund. It aims to arouse the concern of the whole society for the happy growth of children, raise the awareness and enthusiasm of all sectors of society to help children grow up happily, help children spend a happy childhood and promote their happy growth through public welfare projects.
