Twenty years later, in the tide of reforming and strengthening the army, the officers and men of the brigade received another order-the first batch of Su -35 fighters. For them, this is equivalent to starting a second business.

To this end, the brigade reshaped the training mode, broke the previous conventional mode of "technical training-weapon use-tactical use", and integrated the three together to shorten the training period. ? Pilots focus on actual combat needs to integrate training content, edit and modify the outline independently, set the technical and tactical content into multiple drills, and write tens of thousands of words of integrated training teaching methods.

Song Lingdong, a 90-year-old pilot who once flew the Su -27 fighter, clearly felt the difference of this improved Su -35 fighter. "This modification has increased the proportion of tactical training, and more emphasis has been placed on using aircraft tactical platforms to achieve operational results, which is closer to actual combat." He said that after a flight, there are not only basic driving skills training, but also weapons use training and tactical training. The scientific combination of the three makes the training more intense.

In addition, they also pushed live-fire training to normalization, organized and implemented day and night, and changed from circular shooting to simulated targets, stationary targets on land and floating targets at sea, making the battlefield environment more complex and realistic.
