It is clear in the regulations that it is forbidden to drive motor vehicles, ships, rail transit and other means of transportation after taking or injecting drugs. Those who take or inject drugs within three years or compulsory isolation and detoxification for less than three years, or those who are addicted to psychotropic drugs for a long time, may not apply for the above-mentioned vehicle driving license.

If a driver is found to be driving under the influence of drugs, or is undergoing community detoxification, compulsory isolation detoxification and community rehabilitation, or has not given up drug addiction after long-term use of dependent psychotropic drugs, his driver's license shall be revoked according to law. School buses, minibuses and taxi drivers who have not quit taking drugs will also be disqualified or their driver's licenses revoked according to law.

In order to strengthen social participation in drug control, the regulations stipulate that bars, hotels, clubs and other business premises should post anti-drug warning signs and warnings in a prominent position in the business premises, and publish anti-drug report telephones. The above-mentioned places shall not provide or sell drugs, and shall not organize, seduce, cheat, shelter or inject drugs. Offenders will be ordered to suspend business for three to six months. If the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked, and the person directly responsible shall be fined up to 20,000 yuan.

Postal, express delivery and logistics enterprises shall inspect the articles delivered or consigned in accordance with regulations. Anyone who is found to be suspected of drugs shall immediately report to the public security organ and stop transportation. Those who fail to carry out inspection and real-name registration and have drug-related cases will be ordered to make corrections. If drugs are not reported, the public security organ shall give a warning and impose a fine of 1000 yuan to 50000 yuan.
