Is the red warning dangerous?

Red warning signal refers to the forecast of typhoon, rainstorm, high temperature, drought, fog, cold wave, blizzard, safety and other disasters or potential dangers issued by relevant departments. The red warning is the first-level warning, which is the highest level in the alarm level.

According to the degree of urgency, development trend and possible harm, the early warning levels can be divided into: Ⅰ Ⅳ (general), Ⅲ (heavier), Ⅱ (severe) and Ⅰ (particularly serious), which are marked with red, orange, yellow and blue respectively, and the red warning represents danger.
