1, ingredients

Prewetting hard materials, such as sawdust, makes them fully absorb water.

2, artificial mixing

When mixing materials by hand, a small amount of gypsum should be mixed with bran first, and then mixed with sawdust. After the dry materials are fully mixed, soluble auxiliary materials such as sugar should be dissolved in water and mixed with water.

3. Mechanical mixing

If the mixer is used to mix more evenly, the bagging machine and the mouth-tying machine are often used at the same time to carry out flow operations such as mushroom bagging, machine shoveling, bagging, mouth-tying, trachoma inspection and furnace lifting.

Step 4 tie the bag

Under the condition of ensuring that the plastic bag is not broken, the material bag should be packed as tightly as possible. It is appropriate to control the water content of the culture material at 58% ~ 60% when mixing. Mix ingredients on the same day, bag and sterilize on the same day to avoid fermentation and acidification of culture materials.

Precautions:

Before the arrival of high temperature season, the inoculated bacterial sticks should be dispersed and moved to a place with good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions. During high temperature, it is forbidden to turn the mushroom sticks, so as to avoid the vibration of the mushroom sticks, increase the respiration of mycelium, raise the heap temperature and cause "burning bacteria".
