Article 3 of the Labor Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that the conclusion of a labor contract shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and credibility.

The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.

When a non-profit legal person established for the purpose of public welfare terminates, it shall not distribute the remaining property to the investors, promoters or members. The remaining property shall be used for public welfare undertakings in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association of the legal person or the resolution of the management organization; If it cannot be handled in accordance with the provisions of the articles of association of the legal person or the resolution of the authority, it shall be transferred to a legal person with the same or similar purpose under the auspices of the competent authority and announced to the public.
