Educating young workers and teenagers with the socialist core value system is a long-term task of enterprises and the top priority of the work of the commission. We should persist in integrating the socialist core value system into the whole process of youth education. It is necessary to adapt to the new changes in social life and the new characteristics of young workers and teenagers accepting things, and enhance the persuasiveness, appeal and attraction of education for young workers and teenagers.

To achieve practical results, the education of socialist core value system must adhere to the central task of enterprises in each period, and be combined with situation education, patriotism education, publicity and education of national unity and progress, learning advanced models and practical experience activities. To fully mobilize the enthusiasm of veteran comrades, young workers and teenagers, we should not only give play to the guiding role of the "Five Old" report group and the propaganda group, but also respect the dominant position of young workers and teenagers and be good at giving full play to their positive factors.
