The story takes place in the free city composed of three areas: Portland, Stauton Island and Shoreside Vale. Corruption, prostitution, and expropriation are prevalent throughout the city. Crimes such as protection money, robbery, and arson are extremely rampant. There are different gangs in each area. I think the city is based on New York and there are 9 radio stations that are just as sarcastic as the real life stations. Each area has different hideouts, scenery, and unique vehicles. Pedestrian:

Walking around all day for a busy life until you kill them all.

Including students, businessmen, runners, elderly people, beggars, shoppers, pimps, etc.

Prostitute:

Serve you and exchange money for life points! It can often be seen at night in the city center (Red Light District, Bedford Point and Wichita Gardens). 1: If a police car chases you, the police will shoot and threaten you.

2: Many police cars are chasing you. There are two policemen in each police car, and they will shoot at you.

3: More police cars will chase you. There are three policemen in each police car, and a helicopter will appear in the sky, which means you should find a Police Bribe as soon as possible.

2. Weapons:

Baseball bat:

Pick it up in the hiding place; or steal it from gang members.
