On the morning of August 29th, 2020, Shanxi Lubao Group held a 7.65-meter intelligent coke oven ignition and baking ceremony at the 10 million-ton coking base.

The project is located in Lubao Coking Industrial Zone, Dianshang Town, Lucheng City, Changzhi City. The total investment of the project is 3.2 billion yuan. Enterprises use their own production capacity to build 2 million tons/year top-loading coke oven, with a carbonization chamber height of 7.65 meters (currently the largest top-loading coke oven in China) and three 220t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers (2 users 1 standby); Construction of public coal preparation, coke discharge, air pressure, circulating water, waste liquid acid production, power supply system, etc. ; Wet coke quenching device, dry coke quenching device, waste heat power generation device, chemical product recovery device and environmental protection facilities are built separately. The methanol production project of Tao Jian Lubao Chemical Co., Ltd. uses coke oven gas.

Since the start of 1# coke oven, Qi Xin, the project personnel, has worked together to overcome many difficulties. Affected by the epidemic, the project was suspended for three months at the beginning of the year, which made the originally tense construction period even more tense; In the later stage of construction, the construction progress is slow and difficult due to various construction factors such as full-scale construction on site, many cross-operations, and road slotting. At present, the epidemic situation is getting more and more severe, and there is a serious shortage of on-site labor, but there are many tail projects and heavy construction tasks. In order to ensure the production on schedule, all members of the project department devoted themselves to the construction line, assisted in cleaning up the materials and garbage on site, and handled the final project on site. After all the construction workers fought day and night, all the project staff, Qi Xin and Qi Xin, worked together to overcome difficulties, and finally ensured that 1# coke oven was successfully loaded with coal on1October 22nd, and1October 24th.

At present, the 2# coke oven has been successfully ignited and baked, and the finishing project is under way, ready for production.

Brief introduction and progress of the project

Four 6.25m tamping coke ovens will be built in Shanxi Tongzhou coal coke project, with an annual output of 65,438+ten thousand tons of LNG and 65,438+ten thousand tons of synthetic ammonia. After all the projects are put into production, the annual sales revenue is 6.53 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes are 65.438+0.5 billion yuan. At the same time, CDQ foundation, cold drum system, coal preparation system, coke discharging system, water system and production auxiliary facilities will be built. More than 1800 jobs were provided.

1# coke oven is two 56-hole tamping coke ovens, the carbonization chamber is 6.25m high, the coke oven foundation roof is 87.3m long and 17m wide, and the concrete is 800m3. The top plate of coke oven foundation is the core of coke oven, and it is also the difficulty of the whole coke oven civil engineering. There are many buried pipes in the roof, including 57 temperature measuring holes, 2204 cleaning pipes and 1938 lower nozzles.

On the morning of September 19, 2020, the ignition and baking ceremony of 1 coke oven of MCC Jiaonai Shanxi Tongzhou Coal Coke Project was officially held, which marked that the 2150,000 tons/year coking project designed by MCC Jiaonai officially entered the 80-day countdown stage.
