Describe the composition and responsibilities of the hospital infection management team in clinical departments.

Article 18 of "Hospital Infection Management Standard" stipulates that a hospital infection management team should be established in clinical departments, consisting of department directors, head nurses, undergraduate part-time monitoring doctors and nurses. Working under the leadership of the director, its main responsibilities are:

(1) responsible for undergraduate course room hospital infection, according to the characteristics of undergraduate course room hospital infection management system, and organize their implementation.

(2) to monitor the cases and links of nosocomial infection, take effective measures to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection in undergraduate course room, and report to the nosocomial infection department in time when there is an epidemic trend and actively assist in the investigation.

(3) supervise the application of anti-infective drugs in undergraduate course room.

(4) organization undergraduate course room hospital infection knowledge training.

(5) urge undergraduate course room personnel to implement aseptic operation technology and disinfection and isolation system.

(6) Do a good job in health management of medical personnel, catering personnel, accompanying personnel and visitors.
