Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations are formulated in order to strengthen the management of family sickbeds and give full play to the benefits of family sickbeds. Article 2 Family sickbeds refer to sickbeds set up by medical units at home for some patients who are suitable for examination, treatment and nursing under family conditions. Article 3 Family sickbed is an integral part of China's socialist medical and health undertakings, and it is a form of medical service that is loved by the masses and conforms to the law of medical development. Suitable for China's national conditions, convenient and beneficial to the people, is conducive to alleviating the contradiction between difficult to see a doctor and difficult to be hospitalized, is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of medical staff and promoting the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. Medical institutions at all levels (including hospitals and health stations for workers in factories and mines) should take the development of family sickbeds as a long-term task. Article 4 Adhere to the principle of combining popularization with improvement, combining Chinese and Western medicine, combining medical treatment, prevention, health care and rehabilitation, and serving the people wholeheartedly, adopt various forms to popularize family sickbeds, constantly improve service attitude, and strive to improve medical quality and provide quality services. Article 5 Strengthen leadership, set out from reality, establish and improve various management systems, implement organization, technology and management, and make family sickbed work regular and institutionalized. Chapter II Tasks and Admission Scope Article 6 The main tasks of family beds are:

First, do a good job in medical services for patients who have built beds.

Two, expand prevention, carry out health examination, disease investigation, prevention and treatment of diseases.

Third, carry out rehabilitation medical treatment under family conditions.

Four, publicity and popularization of disease prevention and family health care knowledge.

Five, choose the right disease, observe the curative effect, study the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation measures, and constantly summarize them. Seventh hospitals generally only set up family beds in their responsible areas. The scope of family beds should be determined by medical units at all levels according to their own medical conditions and technical level. Generally speaking:

First, the condition is suitable for home treatment of elderly patients, common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases.

Second, patients who still need treatment and rehabilitation during the recovery period after discharge.

Third, the elderly, the weak, the sick and the disabled go to the hospital for continuous treatment of patients with difficulties.

Four, suitable for some obstetrics and gynecology, infectious diseases, occupational diseases, mental patients in the family bed treatment.

5. Patients with advanced cancer who need supportive treatment and pain relief.

For long-term patients with chronic diseases who are difficult to see a doctor out of the clinic and do not need to be hospitalized, it is necessary to do a good job of visiting without building a bed. Chapter III Organization and Leadership Article 8 Medical institutions at all levels shall have a business leading cadre responsible for the work of family sickbeds. And according to the actual situation of the unit, establish and improve the family bed management institutions. Street hospitals (health centers) in big cities and hospitals in small and medium-sized cities (including units below district hospitals) should set up family beds (groups). Urban general hospitals, specialized hospitals and rural hospitals should develop family beds according to their own characteristics and specialties, and establish corresponding institutions for management. Ninth family sickbed department (group) personnel should be capable, there should be a medical and nursing technical backbone. Staffing was adjusted by the unit and remained relatively stable. Tenth staff training and assessment system, and constantly improve the medical level, work quality and work efficiency. Eleventh according to the classification and division of urban medical and health care system, establish a family sickbed work system with primary medical institutions as the main force and large hospitals as the technical backing, and establish and improve the technical cooperation and technical guidance system. Chapter IV Equipment Article 12 Family sickbed departments (groups) shall be equipped with small portable diagnosis, examination, treatment and rescue equipment that can meet the needs of work. Thirteenth in order to facilitate the rescue and transfer of patients with family beds, hospital ambulances should be equipped with family beds first, and vehicles should be equipped as soon as possible. Medical units with heavy family sickbed tasks or large service radius shall be equipped with necessary means of transportation for family sickbed staff. It is necessary to formulate and improve the diagnosis and treatment of family sickbed diseases, nursing routines and various technical operating procedures, and strictly implement them. Sixteenth family sickbed department (group) staff can implement the appointment system, in addition to the existing staff of the unit, you can also hire technical backbone and retirees from large hospitals. Preferential treatment should be given to technical backbones employed in family sickbeds (groups) or part-time jobs in primary hospitals to encourage the flow of talents. Seventeenth family sickbed staff must consciously abide by labor discipline and work discipline, and abide by the staff code. If there is any violation, according to the seriousness of the case, criticism and education will be given, and bonuses will be deducted until disciplinary action is taken. Eighteenth family sickbed staff code is as follows:
