These problems show that as the city appearance and sanitation industry becomes more and more market-oriented, more and more business activities involve market operations, such as procurement of sanitation facilities and equipment, engineering construction project bidding, project contracting, administrative licensing approval, administrative penalties, etc. Matters can easily become the source of corruption. The power in the hands of leaders has become the main target of bribers. In order to obtain the maximum benefit, they use money to seduce our leading cadres instead of through legitimate competition.
