1. Highways, highway land and ancillary facilities are protected by national laws. No unit or individual may destroy, damage or illegally occupy highways or highway land. Any unit or individual has the duty to protect highways. and responsibilities and obligations of highway ancillary facilities.

2. It is strictly prohibited for any unit or individual to dry grain, pile up, burn straw, or conduct other activities that damage, pollute the road, or affect the smooth flow of the road within the scope of the highway and highway land.

3. Occupying a highway to dry grain poses serious hazards: Workers drying grain on a highway poses a major road traffic safety hazard; occupying a highway to dry grain can easily cause vehicles to skid or lose control, causing the vehicle to slide sideways. Rollover accidents; obstacles set up to dry crops can easily lead to inaccurate judgment and improper handling by drivers, which can lead to traffic accidents; hanging crops from the chassis of cars can easily ignite crops or spontaneous combustion of vehicles; stacking crop straws can easily cause fires and cause environmental pollution .

4. In accordance with the principle of territorial management, all administrative villages must increase publicity and rectification efforts, and it is strictly forbidden for people to work on the roads to dry food. The relevant departments and units of the town must increase the supervision of rural roads in the town, especially key areas. During the inspection and treatment of road sections, we will strictly investigate and deal with the phenomenon of drying and drying grain on the highway, and resolutely curb the spread of occupying roads to dry and dry grain.

5.
