POAI social work service was established in 20 10, and it is the first professional social work service organization in Guangzhou to win the honors of "5A-level social organization", the top 100 social work service organizations in 20 15 (national) and the best social work service organization in Guangzhou in 20 14. The three service agencies under its jurisdiction are Guangzhou Aipu Social Work Service Agency, Guangzhou Huangpu Aipu Social Work Service Agency and Guangzhou Panyu Aipu Social Work Service Agency, covering Yuexiu District, Huangpu District, Panyu District and Nanhai District of Foshan City, covering an area of over 200 square kilometers and serving millions of people. By the end of 2065438+March 2006, 23 government social service procurement projects had won the bid.

Aipu social work service takes "Let the whole world have love" as its service mission, and adheres to the development vision of "people-oriented, rooted in the community, serving the community, becoming the most trustworthy social service institution and providing professional social services all over the country". It mainly provides comprehensive community services such as elderly services, youth services, women's marriage and family services, disabled services, volunteer development services, judicial correction services and employment assistance services, and makes every effort to build Aipu rehabilitation bus.

At the same time, Pu 'ai Social Work Service is also the vice president of Guangzhou Social Organization Federation, a member of China Social Workers Association Private Social Work Service Committee, a member of China Social Work Federation, Guangdong Social Work Education and Practice Association, Guangzhou Social Work Association, Guangzhou Charity Federation and Guangzhou Volunteer Workers Federation.

Puai Social Work Service currently has more than 200 employees, of whom more than 70% are certified professional social workers. A professional team composed of professionals such as masters of social work, masters of psychology, psychological counselors and rehabilitation therapists is responsible for supporting the research and development, project design, supervision and training, brand development and other aspects of the projects undertaken by the organization. In order to ensure and improve the quality of service projects, EPP Social Service has signed strategic development cooperation agreements with Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service and Hong Kong Social Service Development Research Center, and specially hired senior social workers from Hong Kong to form a supervision team to supervise the projects and services of EPP Social Service.
