The airport has successively opened routes to Beijing, Heihe, Hailar and other routes, and its transportation and production have developed rapidly. The Airport Company has twice been rated as an advanced unit by the Northeast Civil Aviation Administration. In 1996, it won the Administration's Quality Service Award. In 1998, it was rated as an advanced unit for flood control by the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government and the Civil Aviation Administration. Heilongjiang Airport Management Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Group Company) was established on December 28, 2003. The group company has direct jurisdiction over Harbin Airport and has four airport branches: Qiqihar Airport, Mudanjiang Airport, Jiamusi Airport and Heihe Airport. The scope of operation and management includes air transportation auxiliary business and airport assets. At 10:45 a.m. on December 5, 2007, China United Airlines Boeing 737-7Q8 passenger plane B-2997 landed safely at Sanjiazi Airport in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province (IATA code: NDG, International Civil Aviation Organization code: ZYQQ), which marks the smooth opening of Qiqihar Airport and Beijing Nanyuan Airport. In order to provide transportation support for the 11th China Winter Games and facilitate athletes and guests from all over China traveling to and from Qiqihar, through the joint efforts of Qiqihar Airport Branch and Qiqihar Urban Investment Company, China United Airlines The route from Qiqihar to Beijing Nanyuan Airport was opened on December 5, with one flight every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. The aircraft type is Boeing 737. The opening of this route has greatly facilitated the personnel exchanges and travel between Qiqihar and Beijing. Economic activities have improved the air support capabilities from Qiqihar to Beijing. There are daily round-trip flights between Qiqihar and the capital Beijing.

At 12:04 on September 5, 2008, aircraft numbered B-7022 safely parked on the tarmac of Qiqihar Sanjiazi Airport Branch. The three-day school flight support mission was successfully completed.

This flight verification was carried out by the Flight Verification Center of the Civil Aviation Administration of China, and the personnel who calibrated the equipment on the ground were provided by the Technical Support Department of the Heilongjiang Air Traffic Control Bureau of the Civil Aviation Administration of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Heilongjiang Air Traffic Control Bureau") and the Aviation Operations Department of the Qiqihar Airport Branch. All parts are composed together. The three-day calibration work was carried out on the equipment (NDB, ILS, VOR/DME) of the Qiqihar Airport Branch. Due to the careful organization and close cooperation of various departments, the calibration work was successfully completed.
