Level 7 achievement promotion: Get a score above S in the competition, and have the opportunity to unlock a hero's proficiency token (level 7). Combining three proficiency tokens with a fragment of a hero, or a permanent hero, or 600 blue essence can raise the proficiency of a hero to level 7.
