Instructions for coming to the hospital

Pre-inspection and diversion

1. When you arrive at the pre-inspection and triage office, please take the initiative to cooperate with the staff to take the temperature, inquire and register the epidemiological history in detail, check the health code and travel code, and get the temperature list.

Second, if there are any of the following circumstances, please take the initiative to inform the on-site staff and follow the arrangement to go to the fever clinic. The fever clinic doctor can go to the specialist clinic after excluding COVID-19:

Body temperature ≥ 37.3℃;

People from high-risk areas or people who have had close contact with patients or other people in high-risk areas recently.

Accompanied by fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, stuffy nose, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms.

3. Critical patients who need emergency treatment or hospitalization should go to the emergency department for treatment, and the hospital will implement the "green channel" policy.

Outpatient service

First, the outpatient building is a one-way street, with the south gate of the outpatient building as the entrance and the north gate of the outpatient building as the exit. After entering the outpatient building, they were treated in an orderly manner according to the guidance of volunteers.

Second, the hospital implements a comprehensive appointment for non-emergency treatment and sees a doctor according to time. Outpatient appointment registration can be made by telephone appointment, WeChat appointment, online appointment, on-site appointment, inter-outpatient appointment and post-discharge appointment. Please see the doctor according to the appointment time, and see the doctor at the wrong peak to reduce the hospitalization time.

Third, for special people such as the elderly who can't use intelligent services, if it is difficult to make an appointment or see a doctor, you can make telephone consultation or seek the help of a doctor on the spot.

4. Please show your temperature list when you see a doctor, strictly abide by "one person, one patient, one consultation room", and patients will enter the consultation room in an orderly manner according to the call number prompt. Please consciously keep a safe distance above 1 m with others, and don't gather or talk.

Management requirements for inpatients

First, hospitalized patients must provide health code, double green code of travel code and negative report of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before hospitalization, and patients are prohibited from leaving the hospital during hospitalization.

Second, the ward strictly implements 24-hour access control and completely prohibits visits. Condolences can be made by telephone or WeChat video.

Three, don't have to accompany, because of illness really need to accompany, to a fixed person to accompany, implement the "one person one escort" provisions, and resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of "one patient with more than one escort".

Four, the escort should provide 48 hours negative nucleic acid test report, health code, travel code double green code, and according to the requirements for escort card to enter the ward. Patients and caregivers strictly accept the closed-loop management of the hospital, and are not allowed to enter and leave the inpatient ward and hospital at will except for physical examination.

5. Patients and caregivers should raise their awareness of protection, take the initiative to strengthen personal protection, and resolutely prohibit gathering, chatting, eating or going to other wards.
